HDPE three layers composite pipe with inner Silicon-layer pipe is made of PE, the inner layer is silicon layer. Whole line is made up of three extruders, after extrusion from the die-head, the pipes formed, HDPE three layers composite pipes with inner Silicon-layer are mainly used in the protection of cable in network project.

1)Vacuum calibrator: With auto liquid level and vacuity control system, spray water for cooling made of stainless steel with 24meters
2)Haul-off unit: Equipped with an automatic clamping system, frequency control speed for the stably haul-off.
3)PLC control system for the temperature, extrusion, length set, haul-off and automatic printing.
